We are very excited to announce that we are recruiting a full time position of project manager, to join our fantastic team.
The successful candidate will work 37hours/week and will receive a salary of £16,500-£18,000 depending on previous experience and qualifications.
Some of the main responsibilities will include:
Process personnel timesheets and send the information to the company’s accountant in a timely and accurate manner. Calculation of wages and applicable deductions based on employee attendance and timesheet records.
Produce, manage and maintain the personnel timetable
Manage the equipment procurement, inventory and maintenance function and keep track of the company’s equipment and tools.
Manage and support all staff, resources, finances and processes to ensure the smooth running of all programmes.
Carry out the administration & website duties of the After-School Club Flyers and Income
Carry out the administration and organisation of all Birthday Party Bookings
Provide administrative support to the Managers at Sportscape.
All Candidates should have previous administration experience and previous experience in Sport/Education is desirable but not essential. Candidates should hold GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) as a minimum, should be competent in using Word and Excel, any additional software skills are helpful but further training will be given upon successful application.
Candidates should be highly driven, organised and flexible. A degree of self management will be needed and so candidates should be confident working independently or as part of a team.
